Coming from Muar, a small historical town from South Peninsular Malaysia, Chef Otto started his career in bakery lines , hotel lines , conference center lines , pastry instructor and brand ambassador.
In 2019, Chef Otto created a historical moment and won the World Pastry Championship (Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie). Together with the Teams, Chef Otto had won the Best Taste and Best Showpiece Buffet award in the World Pastry Championship.
